| When will my ExtraRebates be posted in My Account after purchases? Once merchants report your purchases to us, your ExtraRebates will be posted in your account automatically. It usually takes 1 (one) day or 2 (two) days for merchants to reoprt your purchases to us. Some merchants only report purchases after the purchases are complete or shipped. Traveling websites(such as air travel, hotel, car rental) only report after the travel is complete. If your ExtraRebates are not posted in your account 7 (seven) days after your purchase is complete, please file an online missing order inquiry for the purchase. Back to top |

| When will my ExtraRebates become available for redemption? (What is ExtraRebates pending-period? ) Usually, 90 (ninety) days after you made the qualified purchase. Most merchants have 90 days to reverse a transaction for returning purpose. But some merchants may have longer time. ExtraRebates will become available only after your purchase becomes final.
